Our line of frozen products has expanded to include the finest quality of chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood, and ice cream products in the market.
We are recruiting experienced and objective-driven candidates to fill the position below:
The Senior Regulatory Officer will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements relating to product registration, licensing, inspections, and permits.
The role requires strong engagement with NAFDAC and other relevant government agencies to ensure smooth operations and timely regulatory approvals.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Manage and oversee the full NAFDAC registration process for both imported and locally manufactured products.
Coordinate documentation, submissions, follow-ups, and renewals to ensure seamless registration and timely approvals.
Issue and process annual NAFDAC permits for all relevant products and operations.
Relationship Management with NAFDAC:
Maintain strong, productive relationships with NAFDAC officials at the head office and zonal offices.
Demonstrate deep understanding of the NAFDAC internal workflow to facilitate smooth movement of files and approvals.
Serve as a friendly and professional representative of the company to key NAFDAC departments including R&R, FSAN, VMAP, Pharmacovigilance, Pharma, Accounts, Protocols, PID, Oshodi Lab, Yaba Lab, and others.
Conduct regular visits to the NAFDAC South-West Directorate in Ibadan to handle ongoing regulatory assignments.
Inspection Coordination:
Accompany NAFDAC personnel during warehouse inspections, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
Prepare required documents, guide teams during inspections, and support resolution of any queries raised.
Issue Prevention & Problem Resolution:
Maintain close professional relationships with key NAFDAC contacts to identify potential regulatory issues early and resolve them proactively.
Provide timely updates, risk alerts, and solutions to management regarding regulatory matters.
Multi-Agency Liaison:
Collaborate with other government agencies when required, such as:
Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN)
Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON)
National Biosafety Management Agency (NBMA)
And other relevant bodies
Ensure compliance with cross-agency regulatory expectations for business operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Public Health, or related fields.
5–7 years relevant experience in regulatory affairs, preferably within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or food industries.
Strong existing relationships with NAFDAC officials is an added advantage.

High level of professionalism and ability to manage sensitive regulatory tasks.
