We are looking for a top-performing Marketing & Sales Manager who can take full ownership of our sales pipeline, marketing execution, revenue targets, and client relationship growth.
This is NOT a typical “manage social media” role,we need a strategic closer, someone who:
Knows how to attract high-value B2B clients
Can design and execute profitable marketing campaigns
Understands IT services and technology sales
Can generate qualified leads consistently & convert prospects into paying clients
Can build and manage a high-performance marketing team

Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute a full B2B sales strategy.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and enterprise prospects.
Conduct sales presentations, demos, and pitch meetings to close high-value deals.
Manage full sales cycle & achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Build relationships with IT partners, agencies, and corporate decision-makers.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts & develop pricing strategies and proposals for enterprise projects
Marketing Responsibilities:
Design and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, SEO, paid ads).
Build brand authority for King of CMS Consulting & Manage content creation: case studies, blogs, social media, marketing assets.
Conduct competitor, market, and trend analysis to identify opportunities.
Build and lead a high-performance marketing team.
Leadership & Strategy:
Work directly with the CEO on business growth initiatives.
Create quarterly marketing and sales roadmaps.
Build partnerships and alliances with other IT companies.
Represent King of CMS Consulting at events, conferences, and business meetings.
Requirements
3 – 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the IT/Software/Tech industry.
Proven track record of hitting high revenue targets.
Strong lead generation, proposal writing, and deal-closing abilities.
Strong understanding of SaaS, IT services, digital transformation, software development, and AI/automation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver measurable results.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, ERPNext or other CRM systems.
Experience with growth marketing, funnel building, and automation tools.
Exposure to international markets.
