Job Title: Human Resource Manager (Female)
Location: Lagos

Responsibilties
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Lead the HR team in designing, planning, and executing HR programs and initiatives.
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and maintain effective recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the development of job descriptions and job specifications.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and mediate conflicts as needed.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and update company policies as required.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve retention and engagement.
Implement performance appraisal systems, monitor performance reviews, and provide feedback.
Develop and lead performance improvement plans as necessary.
Identify training needs, plan, and coordinate training programs.
Encourage continuous learning and professional development for all employees.
Administer compensation and benefits programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
Ensure salary structures are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Manage monthly payroll to ensure alignment with employment laws, (taking into account, Attendance, Punctuality, absenteeism, etc.).
Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and trends for senior management.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
Promote a positive workplace culture and oversee employee engagement programs.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team, providing coaching and feedback.
Ensure effective communication and teamwork within the HR department.
Any other responsibilities as may be deemed necessary for your role.
Other activities as assigned by management or may lead to the growth of the organization as a whole.
Qualifications and Skills
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
7+ years of HR Generalist experience.
Passionate and proactive about employee Engagement.
Self-aware and motivated to make a real impact.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
HR certification (e.g, CIPMN, PHRi, SPHRi, SHRM-CP e.t.c) is a plus.
