Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse/ Store officerto join our team.
• You will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing stock levels, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
• The ideal candidate will have organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, stamina, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Replenish supply inventories following the established guidelines of the company
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment as per regulations
• Manage the store layout
• Receive, upload, and shelf supplies
• Perform stock-related duties like returning, packing, and labelling
• Inspect deliveries for discrepancies or damage
• Report damaged or short-dated inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
• Rotate stock and dispose of surplus and expired quantities
• Keep an organised allocation of inventory placed in the warehouse and store
• Ensure proper completion of documentation of inbound and outbound orders.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a minimum of ND with 0 - 1 years of work experience.
• Must be organized and punctual and be ready to resume imediately.
• Prior experience in retail would be advantageous.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical stamina, the ability to lift and move cartons
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.( Word and Excel)
• Proximity is very important (Propsective candidates should live around Yaba, Surulere, Maryland, Fadeyi, Jibowu, Onipan, Apapa, Ebute-metta, Anthony, etc).
