Job Overview

• We need a Course Instructor who can record clear, practical Notion lessons for learners at all levels. You must understand Notion deeply—databases, relations, rollups, templates, automation, workspace management, and real business systems.
• If you're confident on camera, can simplify complex workflows, and can teach a global audience with ease, this role will suit you well. Your job is to deliver structured, high-quality recorded sessions that follow our curriculum and meet professional instructional standards.

About the Role

• Teach Notion for beginners through advanced users.
• Record polished, easy-to-follow training sessions with strong audio and visual clarity.
• Break down core concepts: blocks, pages, templates, permissions, and navigation.
• Teach advanced features including databases, linked views, filters, formulas, relations, and rollups.
• Demonstrate real business scenarios: task managers, CRMs, trackers, wikis, dashboards, and team workspaces.
• Use screen-recording tools to deliver clear walkthroughs and step-by-step demonstrations.
• Follow the course outline provided by the curriculum team.
• Maintain consistent pacing, tone, and structure across lessons.
• Re-record or refine segments to improve clarity, accuracy, or learner experience.
• Include exercises learners can practice: database builds, workflow challenges, page templates, mini-projects, etc.
• Ensure each lesson meets instructional best practices and is easy to understand.
• Anticipate common learner mistakes and address them proactively.
• Communicate effectively with absolute beginners while still adding value for advanced users.
• Provide optional live clarification sessions if required by the program.
• Suggest improvements to the course based on learner questions, challenges, or your own expertise.
• Meet all recording and content delivery deadlines.

Requirements

• Preferably based in Lagos State.
• Must have the right recording setup:
  • Quiet, noise-free environment
  • Functional laptop
  • Stable internet
  • Comfortable workstation
• Strong Notion expertise across databases, formulas, templates, workspace systems, and team collaboration.
• Previous experience teaching, coaching, or recording training sessions (minimum one sample required).
• Confident on camera with clear, engaging communication skills.
• Ability to teach learners from different cultures, backgrounds, and skill levels.
• Proficient with tools like Loom, Zoom, OBS, Camtasia, or similar recording platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality lessons independently.
• Applications without video samples will not be reviewed.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
