We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk / Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikoyi and its environs - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to residents, clients and visitors in the residential facility, with high-level professionalism and warmth.
• Manage calls, emails and front desk inquiries.
• Maintain a pristine and inviting reception area that reflects our premium brand.
• Provide timely and efficient customer service, ensuring all client/residents' needs are met
• Keep updated records and files, managing the reception

Requirements & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or HND in related fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role
• Must have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
