We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Description

• The Architect will take full ownership of end-to-end design execution, ensuring all architectural solutions meet functional, aesthetic, regulatory, and cost requirements.
• The role requires a forward-thinking professional who can translate concepts into detailed technical drawings, collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive project delivery with zero tolerance for errors or rework.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Documentation:

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Prepare sketches, 2D/3D models, and project visualizations for stakeholder review.
• Produce construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications aligned with regulatory standards.

Project Management & Coordination:

• Oversee design execution from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, QS, project managers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and reviews to validate design adherence and address deviations immediately.

Regulatory & Compliance:

• Prepare and submit all required documents for approvals from planning and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, safety standards, and environmental compliance.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Present design proposals and project concepts to clients and management.
• Translate client needs into actionable and compliant design solutions.
• Maintain high-level communication and professional rapport with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Education & Experience:

• B.Sc / B. Tech in Architecture; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• 4–8 years proven experience in architectural design and construction supervision.
• COREN/ARCON registration is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of building materials, structural requirements, and MEP integration.
• Ability to develop high-quality visual presentations and technical documentation.
