Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B2C marketing.
The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills, with at least 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates the Expedier brand, generates a robust sales pipeline, and accelerates customer acquisition and retention.
You will lead a small but mighty team and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership.
Develop, implement, and manage the overall integrated marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, aligning with company-wide business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and a strong return on investment (ROI).
Present marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Demand Generation & Lead Management:
Architect and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (digital and traditional) to drive qualified leads and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
Oversee the marketing automation platform to streamline lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle management.
Work in close partnership with the Sales team to ensure lead quality, optimize conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets.
Brand & Content Strategy:
Strengthen and evolve the Expedier brand positioning as a thought leader in the fintech space.
Develop a content marketing roadmap that addresses the entire customer journey, from awareness to advocacy.
Oversee the creation of high-impact content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and sales enablement materials.
Digital Marketing:
Drive the strategy and optimization of all digital channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (primarily LinkedIn), and paid advertising.
Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor website performance, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.
Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, conversion, and search engines.
Analytics, Reporting & Market Intelligence:
Establish and track KPIs to measure the performance and ROI of all marketing activities.
Provide regular reporting on marketing metrics, campaign results, and pipeline influence.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of professional marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Marketing Manager role, preferably in a Fintech or related industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing strategies that directly contributed to revenue growth.
Demonstrable experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

N1,500,000 monthly.
