Job Title: Spa Therapist

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments, including massages, body therapies, and wellness services, while ensuring exceptional customer care.
• This role promotes relaxation, well-being, and overall guest satisfaction through professional service, product recommendations, and adherence to spa standards.

Key Responsibilities
Treatment Delivery:

• Perform a range of spa therapies such as massages, body scrubs, wraps, aromatherapy, reflexology, and other specialized treatments (as trained/licensed).
• Customize services based on client needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment guidance to clients for optimal wellness benefits.

Client Care:

• Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or wellness services.
• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and safety throughout each session.

Operational Duties:

• Prepare, clean, and sanitize treatment rooms before and after each service.
• Maintain equipment, linens, and treatment supplies according to hygiene standards.
• Stay updated with treatment protocols and follow all spa operating procedures.

Sales & Product Knowledge:

• Recommend appropriate retail products, wellness routines, and follow-up services.
• Contribute to achieving retail and service revenue goals.

Professionalism & Teamwork:

• Participate in training, meetings, and continuous skill development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a smooth and positive spa environment.
• Uphold the spa’s brand, values, and high service standards.

Qualifications
Required:

• Certified or licensed Massage Therapist / Spa Therapist (based on regional requirements).
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body therapy practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain high hygiene and sanitation standards.

Preferred:

• Experience in a spa, hotel, or wellness environment.
• Knowledge of aromatherapy, holistic wellness, and specialty treatments.
• Retail or product sales experience.

Salary
N80,000 per month
