Job Title: Super Distribution Sales Lead

About the Role
The Super Distribution Sales Lead is responsible for aggressively scaling SunFi’s agent-driven distribution network across Nigeria—particularly within key solar-dense clusters. This includes expanding and managing a commercial network of 55 Master Agents and 500+ Sub Agents, driving high sales productivity, ensuring channel excellence, and maintaining superior customer satisfaction on financed and non-financed solar deals.
This is a high-ownership role involving field execution, network expansion, performance leadership, agent training, analytics, and coordination with internal teams to ensure SunFi’s systems, financing, and solar products are successfully adopted in the mass market.
Recruit, activate, and manage a network of over 55 Master Agents and 500+ Sub Agents across prioritized territories.
Conduct market mapping to identify new agent clusters and high-potential retail/last-mile sales channels.
Develop and deploy structured onboarding programs for agents, retail partners, and micro-distributors.
Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with agents and partners to ensure consistent sales performance.
Collect, clean, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales data across for the super distribution network.
Manage inventory, supplier credit collections and monitoring KPIs such as lead generation/ conversion, master agent and sub agent performance, sales trends, and inventory movement.
Prepare regular reports with actionable insights for the Channel Manager and sales team.
Track key account activities and support in forecasting and target tracking.
Sales Growth & Revenue Ownership:
Own and deliver a minimum N50,000,000 monthly sales target through agent-driven distribution.
Deliver 100+ solar equipment sales per month (minimum) through the sales ecosystem.
Track weekly performance by region, agent cluster, and product category.
Drive execution of promotional activities, bundle offers, and field activations to increase sell-through.
Support agents with agent workspace adoption, L2O deal structuring, customer credit screening processes, product education and platform escalations.
Provide administrative and operational support such as follow-up on sales leads, reconciling sales records, and preparing briefings for internal and external meetings.
Document and track field activities, agent challenges, and customer feedback to support process improvement.
Agent Performance, Training, & Retention:
Train all Master Agents and Sub Agents on SunFi’s product catalog, financing options, sales scripts, and installation standards.
Design and execute monthly learning workshops, field coaching sessions, and sales role-play sessions.
Track agent churn and implement retention strategies such as incentive optimization and performance recognition.
Ensure minimum 85% agent retention rate every quarter and minimum 85% supplier credit collections MOM..
Conduct weekly field visits to agent locations, solar shops, kiosks, and local clusters.
Identify operational issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks related to agent workspace usage, inventory, onboarding, customer service, or credit approval.
Monitor agent compliance with customer service expectations, ensuring accurate product education and proper installation guidelines.
Work with SunFi’s technical and quality teams to ensure proper post-installation follow-up.
Maintain a minimum customer satisfaction rating of 90% based on surveys and feedback loops.
Assist in developing sales playbooks, SOPs, onboarding guides, and product demo materials.
Track daily stand up and training attendance, engagement, and post-training performance improvements.
Data Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting:
Collect, validate, and analyze daily/weekly sales data across all agents.
Present insights to the Channel Manager on revenue drivers, weak links, and expansion opportunities.
Forecast equipment demand, agent recruitment needs, and performance gaps using data-backed insights.
Maintain dashboards for:
Sales volumes
Agent activity
Territory performance
Conversion rates
Retention and repayment patterns (for financed products)
Assist with the preparation of proposal decks, product brochures, and sales pitch materials.
Maintain internal sales communication templates and documentation for the team
Develop high-quality presentations and visual reports for internal strategy meetings, weekly check-ins, and partner updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with:
<5% sales & installation-related complaints per month.
Training & Quality KPIs:
100% of agents trained and certified on SunFi products and tools.
95% compliance with SunFi sales process workflows.
Collaborate with multiple teams; tech, growth, user services, finance, customer support, people ops teams to deliver delightful experience to customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Must have 1–3 years experience in sales distribution, agent management, last-mile sales, FMCG channel management, telecom distribution, or solar sales.
Previous experience in mass agent recruitment or managing large field sales teams is a strong advantage.
Certifications in sales, project management, or analytics preferred
Soft and Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or Power BI is a plus.
CRM or sales software experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Critical thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Compensation
Base Salary: N250,000 - N350,000 monthly
Performance Bonuses: Commission on meeting/exceeding N50m monthly target
