We're hiring a results-driven E-commerce Lead to own and scale SunFi's direct-to-consumer e-commerce channel. This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, operations excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
You'll be responsible for driving revenue through our online storefronts and other online channels, managing the end-to-end customer journey from discovery to delivery, and building the operational infrastructure needed to scale.
This is not a maintenance role—it's a build-and-scale opportunity. You'll own P&L accountability for the e-commerce channel, lead cross-functional initiatives with logistics, marketing, and product teams, and translate strategic goals into executable plans that deliver measurable results.
You'll report directly to the Manager, Growth & Strategy Operations, with autonomy to experiment, iterate, and optimize based on performance data.
This role is critical to SunFi's growth strategy. Speed of execution, analytical rigor, and ownership mentality are non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
Drive daily/weekly revenue performance against targets, identifying gaps and deploying corrective actions in real-time
Lead partnership initiatives (e.g.,marketing campaigns, lead optimization funnel) from strategy through execution and performance analysis
Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations including order fulfillment, logistics coordination, inventory management, and customer service
Implement and manage CRM systems, WhatsApp Business tools, and automated customer communication workflows
Build and maintain daily performance dashboards tracking revenue, conversion rates, delivery metrics, and customer behavior
Provide weekly performance reports and strategic recommendations to Manager, Growth & Strategy Operations
Manage E-commerce Sales Associate(s) and provide coaching, performance feedback, and skill development
Collaborate with Marketing team on campaign planning, ad copy selection, and promotional calendar alignment
Work with Product and Tech teams to implement e-commerce infrastructure (inventory systems, tracking automation, CRM integrations)
Partner with Finance on margin analysis, pricing strategy, and promotional ROI assessment
Coordinate with Concierge and Installation teams to ensure seamless post-purchase customer experience
Propose and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and efficiency gains
Stay current on e-commerce best practices, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to solar e-commerce

Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
4-6 years in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital sales with P&L responsibility
Proven history of meeting/exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced environments
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis
Experience managing multi-channel customer acquisition and conversion
Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational processes
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
Who You Are:
4-6 years managing online sales channels, marketplace operations, or direct-to-consumer platforms with P&L accountability
Strong understanding of fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and customer service
Experience with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, email marketing platforms, and project management tools
Deep understanding of conversion optimization, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping
