Job Title: Brand Management Lead

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Reports to: Head, Marketing & Communications

About the Role

• The Brand Management Lead drives the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and brand identity initiatives.
• This role strengthens awareness, engagement, and loyalty across all customer and internal touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and materials.
• Manage content creation, storytelling, and visual identity.
• Conduct brand audits, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, events, sponsorships, and brand engagements.
• Track brand performance metrics and prepare management reports.
• Support customer experience initiatives to build brand loyalty.
• Lead a small team and collaborate with designers, agencies, and internal partners.

Requirements

• BA / B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, Journalism, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or agency roles (telecoms/tech preferred).
• Strong experience in brand strategy, content creation, campaign execution, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics, dashboards, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Creative, customer-focused, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple projects.
