Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Functionally Reports To: Warehouse HOD
Supervises: Internal Store Activities

Job Description

• To ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and stores without delay to various production and service departments of the organisation. To protect materials from pilferage. To maintain systematic records of materials.

Responsibilities

• Manpower allocation and planning for proper utilisation depends on workload bases.
• Receiving & unloading process of raw material from import supplier and local vendor without delay.
• Ensure the Raw material inward right QTY, and must be acceptable Quality.
• Follow up the Raw material and packing material to supply the production department.
• Ensure that the issuance of raw material to production as on requisition record base.
• Follow the FIFO for all raw material and expire goods.
• Monitoring the shoe mixing section and follow the standard of ratio and cross checking the number of pairs quantity per bag.
• Physical stock tacking on daily basis, periodically inventory count.
• Maintain the stock card for R.M section.
• Ensure that all goods must have identification and storage location indication.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S.
• Monitoring the safety aspect as per management instruction.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND with 2 - 3 years of experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with senior levels of management.
• Should do multitasking and easily understand the operation.
• Passionate, energetic and maintain a positive attitude
• Plastic Industries Warehouse and store experience ia an added advantage.

Salary
N140,000 - N180,000 / month
