The Emerge Club (TEC) is the undergraduate club of the Double Edged Impact Network, a registered independent, non-governmental, non-profit and (inter)national organisation that has as its purpose to establish a platform for the discovery, development, deployment and promotion of members.

The Emerge Club was formerly known as Double Edged Network and was founded in 2019 at the Univresity of Nigeria, by Ifegwu-Mbonu Victor, while still an undergraduate at the institution.

Job Description
Operational Support & Pod Leadership Oversight:

• The Deputy National Coordinator supports the National Coordinator in managing the day-to-day activities of the Club.
• He/She leads internal operations, supervises Pod Leaders across campuses, and ensures the smooth functioning of local TEC communities (Pods).
• He/She steps in to act on behalf of the NC when necessary and leads special high-impact projects.

Key Duties

• Assist the National Coordinator in operational management
• Oversee all Pod Leaders (physical and virtual)
• Monitor Pod performance and support their program implementation
• Supervise internal systems, schedules, and work structures
• Lead special projects and innovation-driven initiatives
• Ensure faithful execution of strategies and directives
