Key Duties and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying and converting new prospects.
• Build a reliable referral and lead-generation network to expand the client portfolio.
• Schedule and attend business meetings with prospective clients to drive income generation.

Revenue Growth & Record Keeping:

• Analyse current and historical financial data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Provide professional, trustworthy feedback and post-investment support to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client engagements, sales activities, and revenue performance.

Market Strategy & Business Development:

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with management to develop and execute business development and market expansion strategies.
• Prepare business proposals, investment presentations, and market analysis reports.
• Drive revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling of the company’s products and services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–6 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management within the financial sector.
• Proven experience in Asset Management products, investment sales, or portfolio growthis highly preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
