We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Supervisor

Location: Lagos

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our fast-paced construction environment.
  • The ideal candidate will bring at least 7 years of solid, hands-on administrative experience, preferably within the construction industry, and demonstrate strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily administrative operations across office and site locations.
  • Ensure effective documentation, record management, and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, project materials, and administrative logistics.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, office organization, and asset management.
  • Support site teams with administrative structure, reporting, documentation, and compliance.
  • Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff and expatriates.
  • Track and maintain administrative budgets, vendor relationships, and contract renewals.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly administrative reports for management review.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow across all admin functions.
  • Handle staff onboarding logistics, office access, work tools distribution, and general support.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between departments, project sites, and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of proven administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing teams.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with site administration, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
