Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Apo Resettlement - Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilties
Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create monthly content calendars.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.

Content Creation & Curation:

• Create, edit, and publish engaging original content (graphics, videos, copy) tailored for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Curate relevant industry content and user-generated content to complement the publishing schedule.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and visual identity across all channels.

Community Management & Engagement:

• Monitor, listen, and respond to users’ comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster meaningful conversations, build relationships with followers, and manage brand reputation.
• Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates.

Advertising & Promotion:

• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads,TikTok Ads).
• Manage budgets, optimize campaigns for ROI, and target specific audiences to drive traffic, leads, or sales.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track, measure, and analyze social media performance.
• Prepare regular reports on metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Use data to refine strategy and demonstrate campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and leverage content.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies when necessary.
• Support product launches, events, and promotional campaigns with social media activations.
