Job Overview

• As a Creative Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer at DentistFind, you will play a vital role in developing and executing video content that aligns with our mission to empower dental practices globally.
• You will be responsible for concept development, video editing, and motion graphics, ensuring all outputs maintain brand consistency and support marketing objectives.
• Leveraging AI tools, you will enhance efficiency and quality in video production. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage project timelines and contribute to continuous innovation and improvement in our content offerings.

Key Responsibilities
Concept Development & Research:

• Research industry trends and competitor content.
• Develop video concepts aligned with the company's mission and brand identity.

Video Editing & Production:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for multiple platforms.
• Create b-rolls, motion sequences, and dynamic edits.

Motion Graphics & Visual Direction:

• Design and integrate motion graphics and branded transitions.
• Establish animation styles based on marketing objectives.

Brand Alignment & Creative Input:

• Maintain adherence to brand tone and style.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance campaign impact.

AI Utilization for Video Enhancement:

• Leverage AI tools to improve video quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated on new AI video tools.

Collaboration & Workflow Management:

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver assets on time.
• Manage project timelines and maintain organized file structures.

Quality Control & Optimization:

• Review videos for clarity and technical accuracy.
• Optimize videos for digital platforms.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Experiment with new styles and editing methods.
• Seek out innovative formats to diversify content offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Certifications in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
• Motion Graphics Expertise: Experience with After Effects, Canva animation.
• AI Tools Experience: Skilled in AI video generation and content repurposing platforms.
• Branding Knowledge: Ability to maintain consistent visual identity.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Effective file management and team collaboration.
• Excellent Timing and Visual Rhythm: Producing engaging, high-retention content.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D Animation: Enhancing high-impact campaigns.
• Photography Skills: Capturing content to support video storytelling.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing Funnels: Aligning videos with campaign objectives.
• Sound Design or Audio Mixing Skills: Elevating video production quality.
• Familiarity with AI Video Tools: Ability to create AI realistic videos from scratch using tools like Nanobanana, Sore, Veo3, and other AI tools to enhance video production efficiency and creativity.
