Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities
Operations & Production Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations and production of the restaurant outlets, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, procurement, maintenance, logistics, and quality control.
Ensure the production department is functioning according to standard operating procedures
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures across all departments to optimise efficiency and productivity.
Team Leadership and Development:
Participate in recruitment processes, train and mentor staff to uphold company standards for service, food quality, and hospitality.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among team members.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to HR and leadership team to drive continuous improvement.
Customer Service:
Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience and build customer loyalty.
Monitor online sales/orders, online reviews and feedback platforms to address any issues and capitalise on positive feedback.
Ensure all e-commerce platforms are functioning at full capacity.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial goals to achieve profitability targets.Operations & Production Management:

Analyse financial reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Marketing and Sales:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve revenue targets.
Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within the local market.
Strategy & Community Development:
Develop strategies for growth and expansion alongside the leadership team
Review SOPs periodically to align with the vision of the business
Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organisations to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Participate in community events and sponsorships to support the restaurant's presence and reputation.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Master`s Degree with 5 - 10 years experience.
