Job Overview

• Our client in a fashion industry is seeking a highly experienced production manager who will be working directly with the Founder & store manager.
• The candidate will use their operations, and project management experience to ensure efficient production, quality control, cost control and compliance.
• Their tasks will also include liaising with suppliers and tailors to meet production goals on time and within budget.
• They are also responsible for problem-solving, equipment maintenance, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop production plans, schedules, and timelines that align with company goals and market demands.
• Coordinate production activities across different departments, including bespoke, bridal and RTW.
• Assess and allocate the necessary tailors and material resources for each project.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of fabric and production processes, and abilities in project management, team leadership, and problem-solving.
• ⁠Organization and project management: Strong time management, organization, and the ability to oversee design projects from start to finish.
• Problem-solving: quickly identifying and resolving issues related to production, supply chains, or quality control.
• Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data to optimize schedules, minimize waste, and manage budgets effectively.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
