About the Role

• We are seeking for a passionate and skilled Web Development Tutor to train and mentor young talents in building modern, responsive websites and web applications.
• The ideal candidate will deliver hands-on lessons, guide learners through real-world projects, and help them become job-ready developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach front-end and/or back-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP, Node.js, etc.)
• Deliver practical coding sessions and project-based learning
• Prepare lesson plans, coding challenges, and assessments
• Guide students in building real-world portfolios
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Mentor students on industry best practices and career pathways

Requirements

• Strong practical experience in Web Development
• Proficiency in modern web technologies and frameworks
• Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for youth empowerment and digital skills development.
