Responsibilities

• Order Taking: Accurately record food and beverage orders, noting special requests and verifying IDs for alcohol.
• Serving: Deliver orders timely, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
• Check-ins: Continuously monitor guests for satisfaction, refilling drinks and addressing needs promptly.
• Greeting & Seating: Warmly welcome guests, present menus, and escort them to their tables.
• Menu Knowledge: Detail dishes, specials, ingredients, and allergens, offering recommendations and upselling.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
