About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Marketing Manager / Business Development Executive to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, lead generation, customer acquisition, and strategic business expansion.
This role requires someone who is ambitious, innovative, and capable of developing and executing marketing and growth strategies that strengthen brand visibility, increase revenue, and expand the company’s client base.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Manage social media platforms, paid advertising, content creation, and brand awareness activities.
Oversee the development of marketing materials such as flyers, proposals, product guides, and presentations.
Monitor campaign performance and provide analytical reports to guide future marketing decisions.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
Business Development Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
Develop proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
Negotiate business terms and close deals that support company growth.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry engagements to expand client base.
Collaborate with management to develop growth strategies and revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in Marketing, Business Development, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
Proven track record of achieving marketing and sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop creative marketing strategies and compelling proposals.
Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing marketing teams or leading business growth projects.
Knowledge of branding, market segmentation, and product positioning.
Strong networking skills and existing industry connections.
Project management experience.
Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 per month.
