We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Business Development Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • SHS is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to drive our market presence, revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities.
  • This role involves developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies for our innovative IT and smart solutions, particularly within the hospitality and business sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Expand the company's client base in the hospitality and business sectors.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals for IT solutions, smart office, hotel, and home solutions, renewable energy, and network infrastructure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns and materials to promote SHS's services and brand.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify competitive advantages.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure sales strategies align with service delivery capabilities.
  • Represent SHS at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Utilize digital signage solutions for revenue generation through in-house sales promotions and targeted messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the IT, technology, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving business growth and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N250,000 - N360,000 per month.
