• We are looking for a charismatic, high-energy, and well-connected Business Manager to take the reins.
• This isn't just an administrative role; we need a Rainmaker someone who loves the spotlight, thrives on networking, and knows how to turn a first-time guest into a lifelong regular.

The Role
What You’ll Do:

• As the Restaurant Business Manager, you are the heartbeat of the restaurant. Your primary mission is to drive growth, enhance our reputation, and ensure every guest feels the Magic.
• Business Development & Networking: Use your extensive social and professional network to bring in corporate bookings, private events, and high-profile clientele.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the face of the restaurant. You will spend time on the floor, engaging with guests, building relationships, and ensuring a vibrant atmosphere.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the kitchen and front-of-house staff maintain our high standards of food quality and service.
• Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on creative promotions and social media strategies to keep Crossover trending and fully booked.
• Financial Management: Monitor sales targets, manage budgets, and optimize profitability without compromising the guest experience.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, lead, and inspire a diverse team to deliver world-class hospitality.

Who You Are

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Charismatic & Outgoing: You walk into a room and people notice. You have a "people-first" personality and can strike up a conversation with anyone.
• Well-Connected: You have a deep rolodex of contacts in Abuja (corporate, social, or entertainment sectors) and know how to leverage them to drive foot traffic.
• A Natural Leader: You lead by example, maintaining professionalism while keeping morale high.
• Experienced: You have a proven track record in hospitality management, PR, or business development (minimum 3–5 years).
• Sales-Driven: You aren’t afraid of targets. You understand that great service is the best way to drive great sales.
