Job Title: General Manager (Female)

Location: Awka, Anambra

About the Role

• We are looking for a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive the hotel’s operations to excellence.

Job Summary

• The General Manager will oversee all hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and lead the daily activities of the staff.
• The ideal candidate is a highly organized, service-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, security, etc.)
• Ensure excellent guest experiences and handle escalated guest concerns professionally
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance
• Develop operational policies and ensure compliance with hotel standards
• Manage budgets, financial records, and operational costs
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and performance metrics to achieve business goals
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance visibility and bookings
• Maintain facility standards, cleanliness, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers
• Prepare regular management reports for the company directors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in hotel software and basic computer applications
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused demeanor
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

What We Offer

• Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 / Month
