Description

• Sylvastar Group is seeking an experienced and result-driven Head of Marketing & Communications to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive growth across all business units.
• The ideal candidate is a creative strategist with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience executing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for the Group.
• Lead brand development, market positioning, and corporate identity management.
• Oversee digital marketing, content creation, advertising, and public relations activities.
• Manage all social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and corporate events.
• Monitor all marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support sales and brand visibility.
• Build and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, partners, and media outlets.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and performance analytics.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in a marketing manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and content strategy.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (analytics, CRM, social media management, ads platforms).
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI-driven campaigns.
• Strong leadership, creativity, and project management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Jabi, Abuja.

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Experience working in a diversified business or group of companies.
• Knowledge of modern marketing automation tools.

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
