Job Title: Documentation and Procurement Specialist

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilties

• Ensure all company documents are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with IOC requirements.
• Manage vendor registration, approvals, and maintain records.
• Support procurement by sourcing materials, evaluating suppliers, and tracking deliveries.
• Prepare reports on documentation, registration status, and procurement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in documentation management, vendor registration, or procurement (oil & gas preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with IOC requirements and procurement processes.

Salary
N300,000 per month.
