We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Waiter / Waitress (Restaurant)

Location: Agungi - Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Front of House
Reports to: Restaurant Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary

• We are seeking friendly and attentive Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurant team! As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide excellent customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, provide menus and answer menu questions
• Take orders accurately and input into POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
• Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Manage tables, process payments, and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and organization
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and management
• Meet sales targets and promote menu items
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• O'Level or equivalent qualification
• Previous serving experience (preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy
• Availability to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays).

Skills:

• Customer service and relations
• Time management and multitasking
• Teamwork and adaptability
• Basic computer skills (POS system)
• Wine knowledge (desirable).

Salary
N95,000 - N100,000 per month.
