Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Reports To: Lead Developer / Engineering Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
• The ideal candidate will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Develop robust back-end services, APIs, and databases
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding best practices
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Manage deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
• Document technical specifications and system processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Back-end experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP
• Database experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to microservices architecture
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with testing frameworks and automated testing
