Job Description

• This is not a transactional recruitment role.
• You will operate as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively developing and managing client relationships through business development, networking, and referrals
• Understanding client hiring needs and delivering tailored talent solutions
• Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing high-calibre candidates, including senior and executive-level professionals
• Managing a structured recruitment pipeline and delivering against agreed KPIs
• Presenting and “selling” top talent to clients, and career opportunities to candidates
• Negotiating offers and closing deals that create long-term value for all parties
• Maintaining high standards of communication, feedback, and stakeholder management throughout the process
• You will own your desk, your results, and your growth.

Requirements
You are likely to succeed if you have:

• A minimum of a 2:2 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing commercial role
• A strong desire to exceed targets and maximise earning potential
• Excellent communication skills—confident, engaging clients and candidates at all levels, including senior executives
• High business acumen and the ability to influence, negotiate, and challenge constructively
• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Resilience, discipline, and a strong work ethic
• Confidence to work autonomously while contributing ideas and collaborating with the wider team
• The maturity to apply “polite pushback” when needed and think clearly under pressure
• Residence within easy commuting distance of Lekki, Lagos.
