AddEdge Solutions Limited - Our client, a reputable Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Development Consultants based in Lagos with projects nationwide, is currently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Planning and definition: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans and schedules.
• Resource and budget management: Allocate resources, create and manage project budgets, and ensure financial controls are maintained.
• Team leadership: Assemble and lead the project team, directing and supporting the team members to achieve project objectives.
• Monitoring and execution: Oversee daily project management, monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Risk and quality assurance: Identify and mitigate potential risks, and ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related matters, providing regular updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Problem-solving: Eliminate roadblocks, manage changes, and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Project closeout: Evaluate and assess the final project results and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degrees in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Construction management or Quantity Surveying.
• Ability to use Project management softwares Primavera, Microsoft Project etc
• 8-10 years work experience, 5 of which is in related work.
• Formal Certification in Project Management.
• Strong Project Management background would be an added advantage.
• Ability to use relevant Engineering design software(s) to generate designs/Civil/Structural drawings and calculations.
• Current knowledge of industry practice and techniques; especially conditions of contract and documentations as it relates with pre and post contract processes.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies an advantage
• High level of analytical, financial, communication and negotiation skills necessary.

• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Advance computer knowledge.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 / Month.
