We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: National Technical Lead

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

The Opportunity

• We are looking for an elite Technical Team Manager to take over from the Founder. Because we are the only ones with this technology, we do not expect you to know SolaX or Sigenergy on Day 1. But we expect you to be an engineer of such high caliber that you can master it by Day 30.
• You will become the primary national expert on these systems in Nigeria.

The Role
 You will lead technical operations for Lagos (HQ), Abuja, and Port Harcourt.

• Design Authority: You will transition into owning the design for our HNI projects. You will determine protection selectivity, cable sizing, and battery configurations.
• The "Professor": Since no one else installs this tech, you are the training academy. You will train our technicians to the "AWPS Standard."
• Quality Marshal: You will enforce our Master SOP Manual. You ensure that "Do It Once, Do It Right" is reality, not just a slogan.

Who You Are

• The Background: Minimum 5–7 years in high-end power/solar. You have mastered top-tier brands (Victron, Schneider, Studer, or similar). You understand 3-phase balancing, earthing protocols, and HV battery safety.
• The Aptitude: You can look at a new complex system (Sigenergy) and understand the architecture immediately because your fundamental electrical theory is solid.
• The Mindset: You are tired of the "freestyle" solar market. You want to work with a company that uses Checklists, SOPs, and Kanban Boards to manage work.

The "Red Lines" (Do not apply if...):

• You rely on "trial and error" rather than reading manuals.
• You think safety gear (PPE/Harnesses) is for "show."
• You are unwilling to study. (The first 30 days are an intense technical bootcamp).

The Assessment Process:

• Written Technical Assessment: A rigorous test on electrical theory, protection sizing (AC/DC), and safety. (We don't test for the brand; we test for the brain).
• Whiteboard Design Session: You will design a system live with the Founder.
• SOP Review: We will show you our Operations Manual. You must agree to run it.
