Summary

• Our client is seeking a reliable and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support.
• The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilties

• Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
• Handle correspondence, calls, and emails professionally
• Assist with documentation, reports, and record keeping
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on assigned tasks
• Run official and occasional personal errands as required
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
