Description

• Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join its dynamic team.
• As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our company's operational processes to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Manage and supervise day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and task prioritization
• Streamline processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize costs
• Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
• Oversee inventory management, including procurement, storage, and distribution of materials
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service delivery
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using productivity software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management.
