Job Title: Digital Marketing & Sales Executive

Location: Ilorin, Kwara

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Managing Director

Position Summary

• The Digital Marketing & Sales Executive will drive high-quality lead generation, online visibility, and sales growth for the company in Ilorin.
• This role requires an expert digital marketer who understands ads, targeting, funnels, retargeting, online sales psychology, and real estate marketing dynamics.

Key Responsibilties
Digital Marketing (Core Responsibility)

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Adsfor lead generation.
• Create digital marketing strategies that align with sales goals in Ilorin.
• Build landing pages (with the media team) and manage lead funnels.
• Perform audience targeting, custom audiences, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
• Conduct SEO strategies for improved online visibility.
• Work with the media team to ensure campaigns have the right creative content.

Lead Management & Conversion:

• Respond to online inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Convert digital leads into qualified prospects and schedule inspections.
• Follow up aggressively and systematically to convert prospects into buyers.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Sales & Client Acquisition:

• Conduct property presentations and inspections for potential clients.
• Educate online leads about property benefits, locations, and pricing.
• Close deals and hit monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Build relationships with clients, agents, and referral partners.

Marketing Strategy & Growth:

• Recommend new digital ideas that will increase conversion rates.
• Analyze Ilorin market trends and competitor online strategies.
• Test new digital sales funnels—WhatsApp automation, email drip campaigns, or SMS marketing.
• Suggest pricing, promotions, and online marketing angles to management.

Collaboration With Media Team:

• Request creatives needed for campaigns (videos, graphics, landing pages).
• Provide marketing insights so the media team produces effective content.
• Ensure that digital marketing content aligns with the real estate market in Ilorin.

Required Qualifications
Education:

• B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Experience:

• 2 - 5 years experience specifically in digital marketing.
• Experience: Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)
• MUST have experience running paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Sales experience in real estate is amajor advantage.

Technical Skills (Very Important):

• Facebook & Instagram Ads (mandatory)
• Google Ads
• SEO (basic or intermediate)
• Funnel creation & lead nurturing
• CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Trello, or similar)
• Analytics & reporting (Meta Dashboard, Google Analytics)
• WhatsApp marketing & automation tools
• Strong copywriting for ads.
