The Lead, Project Delivery is a senior technical and delivery leadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex telecom and digital transformation initiatives across the enterprise.
The role serves as the primary interface between business stakeholders, internal technology teams, network functions, and strategic delivery partners to ensure timely, high-quality, and value-driven execution of programs.
The role drives standardization, modernization, and scalability of IT and digital platforms while ensuring alignment with business strategy, customer experience objectives, regulatory requirements, and network ecosystem dependencies.
The position operates in a largely outsourced delivery model and is accountable for governance, integration, and performance of strategic partners delivering critical Business Support Systems (BSS), Digital Platforms, and Enterprise IT solutions.
Key solution domains include (but are not limited to): CRM, Billing & Charging, Mediation, Service Delivery Platforms (SDP), Digital Channels, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Interconnect Systems, Contact Centre Technologies, API & Integration Platforms, and emerging fintech / digital services.
Examine the technology horizon to identify emerging telecom, cloud, digital, and fintech trends.
Drive adoption of future-ready architectures including microservices, APIs, cloud-native platforms, and data-driven systems.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards (TOGAF) and approved roadmaps.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Network Architecture teams to validate end-to-end solution designs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data protection requirements.
Business & Digital Transformation:
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale BSS, OSS, and digital transformation programs.
Translate business requirements into executable delivery plans with clear milestones and outcomes.
Ensure seamless integration across IT systems, network elements, and partner platforms.
Oversee implementation of customer lifecycle management solutions from onboarding to monetization and care.
Drive automation, digitization, and simplification of legacy processes.
Scalable and future proof architecture and roadmap:
Engage with Architecture team / delivery team and solution engagement teams for finalization and delivery.
NETIT Alignment:
Work in close co-ordination with network team for selecting and implementing end-to-end Customer Lifecycle solutions for specific products
Implementation of end-to-end service path and revenue path of the customer
Strategic Partner Satisfaction:
To ensure high level of clarity and continuity in communication with the strategic partner team in order to ensure provision of best service for the Opco
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
Master’s Degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or MBA is an advantage
Certifications (Advantageous): - TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certification - PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile delivery certifications - ITIL / COBIT.
Relevant Experience & Functional Skills:
Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs in telecom or digital services
Strong background in Telecom IT, BSS/OSS, and Digital Platforms
Strong understanding of CRM, Billing, Charging, Mediation, SDP, Digital Channels, and Analytics platforms
Solid experience with system integration, APIs, middleware, and microservices architectures
Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern SDLC practices
Strong understanding of network-to-IT integration and service monetization flows.
