Job Overview

• The Video Editor will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content that supports brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, and digital growth initiatives.
• This role involves editing, refining, and delivering video assets for social media, advertising, websites, and other digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and digital marketing requirements.
• You will collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and content strategists to ensure all video content aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives, and deadlines.

Your Role

• As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content for the agency and its clients.
• This includes editing marketing videos, social media content, ads, reels, and promotional videos that align with brand goals and drive engagement.
• You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals.
• The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of delivering excellent work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
• Create short-form and long-form videos including ads, reels, brand videos, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content creators to execute creative concepts.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and music where needed.
• Optimize video content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Perform quality checks and revisions based on feedback.
• Manage multiple video projects and meet deadlines consistently.
• Stay updated with video editing trends, tools, and platform best practices.

Requirements

• A laptop is a must-have.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Professional certifications or training in video editing tools are an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results through video content.
