Job Overview

• The AI Video Editor will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging video content using artificial intelligence–powered tools and workflows.
• This role focuses on producing scalable, performance-driven video assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and advertisements.
• The ideal candidate combines creativity with technical innovation, using AI tools to speed up production, enhance video quality, and maintain consistent brand storytelling.
• You will collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver impactful video content while meeting tight deadlines and performance goals.

Job Role

• As an AI Video Editor, you will be responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence tools to create, edit, enhance, and optimize video content for the agency and its clients.
• This role blends creativity with technology, focusing on speed, scalability, and performance. You will work closely with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging AI-assisted videos for ads, social media, websites, and campaigns.
• The ideal candidate is innovative, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality video content efficiently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit video content using AI-powered video tools and workflows.
• Generate short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, websites, and campaigns.
• Use AI tools for video generation, voiceovers, captions, background removal, upscaling, and enhancements.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align videos with campaign goals.
• Perform quality checks to ensure videos meet brand and performance standards.
• Iterate and improve video content based on performance data and feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with AI video trends, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain organized workflows and manage multiple video projects efficiently.

Requirements

• A laptop is a must-have.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in video editing or AI-assisted content creation.
• Certifications or training in AI tools, video editing, or digital media are an added advantage.
• Proven portfolio showcasing AI-assisted or automated video content.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools (e.g. Runway, Pictory, Synthesia, Descript, CapCut AI, VEED, or similar).
• Strong understanding of video storytelling and marketing-focused content.
• Experience creating videos for digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of traditional video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work fast without sacrificing quality.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Self-driven and able to manage time effectively.
