The company Nemitt Pharmaceuticals Limited is an indigenous pharmaceutical company incorporated in July 1988 as a fully capitalized limited liability company with RC no 116 088 to among other activities, engage in the wholesale of Pharmaceutical products. Nemitt Pharmaceuticals Limited was born out of the dire need for an alternative to the hitherto existing chaotic distribution in the pharmaceutical supply chain. with the goal of addressing the gaps in the distribution value chain.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse / Store Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Summary

• A Pharmaceutical wholesale distributor is looking for men who are passionate about the workings of a Warehouse to join in our team as Store Officers.
• They will be responsible for receiving materials incoming from vendors, managing warehouse/ store stock, replenishing shop floor stock, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the accuracy of inventory and timely replenishment.
• Ensure all documentation related to responsibility is accurately processed, distributed, and released to all concerned in a timely manner.
• Ensures all responsibilities are complied with any company policy, systems, and industry.
• Makes sure stock is arranged for easy physical count and stock-taking
• Replenish shop floor stock constantly
• Managed inbound and outbound process of product.
• Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods received and goods dispatched including labeling of all stock items
• Ensure that workings are in compliance with standards and policy
• Issues materials against authorized store requisition and keeps store.
• Report all warehouse activities on monthly for stock inventory, and pallets kept at warehouses both internal and external.
• To ensure physical stock takes correct in compared to the system and give an explanation for variances

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an ND or HND with 2 years of experience.
• Age range: 24- 38 years old.
• Warehouse or retail store experience would be advantageous
• High level of Integrity.
• Physical strength to carry and move stock
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to pay attention to detail.
• Proximity to Surulere, Ojuelegba, and Yaba would be most preferred.
• Must live within or close to Surulere, Ojuelegba, Ajegunle, Apapa, Mushin, Fadeyi, Yaba or environ.

Salary
N100,000 - N140,000 / Month.
