Job Overview

• We are looking for a reliable and organised Virtual Assistant to support our domiciliary care service remotely.
• This role involves administrative support, communication, coordination, and basic marketing activities to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support remotely
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Handle client meetings, phone calls, emails, and other communication platforms
• Attend virtual meetings as required
• Support marketing and sales activities, including implementing sales strategies
• Assist with logistics coordination and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Skills and Competencies:

• Must be a good communicator, trustworthy, and reliable
• Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Confident using technology and digital tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is highly desirable
• Experience in a similar role or field is an advantage.

Remote Work Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection
• Access to a laptop and smartphone
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary Range
NGN 100,000 – 170,000 monthly salary, depending on experience.
