Requirements & Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc. in Communications or related field
• 3-4 years proven experience as an Executive Administrative Officer
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to draft high-quality documents, reports, and emails, Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to manage office operations efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in scheduling, coordination, and managing executive tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
