Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to document MNCH innovation implementation processes, tools, and lessons, including the PPH bundle and related interventions.
Capture case studies, implementation experiences, success stories, and lessons learned from facility adoption of key MNCH innovations.
Lead creation of standardized templates and systems for documentation, after-action reviews, and learning notes.
Design and operationalize knowledge sharing platforms such as digital repositories, newsletters, and dashboards
Disseminate learning products to internal teams, Lagos State Ministry of Health (LSMOH), Lagos State Primary Healthcare Board
Support the development of policy briefs, job aids, clinical tools, and learning packages to accelerate innovation uptake.
Facilitate learning sessions, reflection meetings, and peer-learning collaboratives across implementing facilities and LGAs.
Track uptake of MNCH innovations using structured learning agendas.
Support implementation science activities to identify barriers, enablers, and scale-up pathways.
Collaborate with M&E/SI leads to triangulate routine HMIS/DHIS2 data, facility observations, and qualitative insights.
Support the development of dashboards or data visualization tools to track readiness, adoption, and fidelity to MNCH innovations.
Promote routine evidence use for decision-making across state-level and facility platforms.
Develop communication materials such as success stories, briefs, infographics, and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
Manage knowledge dissemination channels and ensure branding compliance.
Support advocacy efforts to sustain the adoption of targeted MNCH innovations across the Lagos State health system.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in public health, Knowledge/Information Management, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in knowledge management within public health programs, ideally RMNCAH.
Familiarity with MNCH service delivery innovations and PPH bundle implementation.
Strong writing, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in digital KM tools and platforms.
