Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and drive the company’s marketing vision within the construction industry.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, support business development, and drive revenue growth across construction projects and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Drive market entry and expansion strategies for new projects and regions.
• Support sales and business development teams with targeted marketing campaigns.
• Generate high-quality leads for construction projects, tenders, and partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Oversee corporate branding, public relations, and corporate communications.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including website, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns.
• Coordinate advertising, media planning, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with project, commercial, and bidding teams to develop compelling presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for tenders.
• Ensure all marketing collateral aligns with technical and commercial requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team and external agencies.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI.
• Track KPIs, campaign performance, and marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams including construction, engineering, finance, and executive leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• MBA or professional marketing certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years’ marketing experience, with significant experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience leading marketing strategy for construction projects, infrastructure, or real estate developments.
• Strong understanding of the construction market, procurement cycles, tenders, and project-based sales.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing analytics.
