We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Associate (Personal Assistant) to the CEO
We are seeking a high-potential general management professional to work directly with the Founder & CEO in a structured executive apprenticeship, designed to develop the individual into a future Managing Director / CEO over a 3–5 year horizon.
This role is intentionally crafted for a Lagos Business School–trained generalist (3 – 5) years post-MBA) with strong execution capability, commercial judgment, and the maturity to operate effectively within Nigeria’s business environment.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Office & Strategy Execution:
Support the CEO in translating strategy into executable priorities across the business.
Track key initiatives, deliverables, and performance metrics.
Prepare briefing notes, reports, and decision support materials.
Operations & Business Management:
Coordinate execution across core functions: operations, sales/leasing, property management, finance/admin, and compliance.
Ensure systems, processes, and controls are followed consistently.
Identify operational gaps and propose practical, implementable solutions.
Financial & Commercial Exposure:
Support budgeting, expense tracking, payroll oversight, and basic financial reporting.
Develop hands-on understanding of pricing, commissions, collections, and unit economics.
Governance & Compliance:
Support Board and senior management processes, including meeting preparation, minutes, and action tracking.
Assist with regulatory compliance and engagement with relevant government agencies.
Leadership Development:
Work closely with team leads to drive accountability and coordination.
Progressively take ownership of projects, teams, or business units.
Receive direct mentorship from the CEO on leadership, judgment, and decision-making.
Candidate Profile
Education:
MBA or MSc in Management from Lagos Business School (preferred) or comparable institution.
Experience:
3 - 5 years post-business school experience in consulting, corporate strategy, operations, financial services, or a structured management role.
Exposure to professional financial services including real estate, or operations-driven bus inesses is an advantage.
