Description

• Our restaurant isn’t just about food; it’s about theater, elegance, and the art of African hospitality. Located in the heart of Victoria Island, we cater to a sophisticated clientele of corporate leaders, diplomats, and tastemakers.
• We are looking for Wait Staff who understand that "fine dining" is in the details.

The Role

• As a member of our front-of-house team, you are the storyteller of our menu.
• Your mission is to provide seamless, intuitive service that anticipates our guests' needs before they even speak.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Menu Knowledge: Master our culinary offerings, wine pairings, and signature cocktails to provide informed recommendations.
• The Gold Standard of Service: Execute flawless table service, from silver service techniques to proper wine pouring and cleared-plate etiquette.
• Vibe Management: Maintain the high-energy yet polished atmosphere of our dining room.
• Guest Relations: Build rapport with our VIP regulars and ensure every first-time visitor feels like a dignitary.
• Collaboration: Work in perfect sync with the Head Barman and the Kitchen to ensure timing is impeccable.

Who You Are

• The Professional: You have at least 2–3 years of experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium lounge (preferably in VI or Ikoyi).
• The Communicator: You speak with poise and clarity. You can navigate high-pressure situations with a smile.
• The Perfectionist: You notice the smudged glass or the crooked fork before the guest does.
• The Appearance: You take pride in your grooming and present a sharp, professional image at all times.
• The Student: You are eager to learn about international wines, rare spirits, and global culinary trends.
