Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are hiring a Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, marketing, and guest experience for our short-term rental properties.
• The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bookings while ensuring top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest relations
• Respond promptly to booking inquiries and reviews
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness
• Ensure a seamless experience for guests from arrival to departure
• Track occupancy rates and drive more bookings.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years experience
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Experience in hospitality or shortlet property management is a plus
• Must be able to move around Lekki / Ikoyi
• Tech-savvy (familiar with online booking platforms & WhatsApp Business).
