Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • BridgeHedge Limited is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative operations across the executive office and internal teams.
  • This role is essential to ensuring efficient office administration, accurate documentation, smooth communication, and reliable operational supportin a fast-paced, multi-business environment.
  • The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, dependable, and discreet, with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, and incoming calls
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal engagements
  • Prepare, format, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)

Communication & Coordination:

  • Support internal communication across teams and departments
  • Draft and send professional emails, memos, and internal notices
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and action items
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and service providers as required

Records & Documentation Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, letters, and internal documents
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
  • Assist with document tracking, version control, and archiving
  • Support compliance and governance documentation when required

Operations & Team Support:

  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and staff records
  • Support planning and coordination of meetings, trainings, and events
  • Track basic office supplies and administrative needs

Hybrid Work Support:

  • Support seamless coordination between remote and on-site operations
  • Use digital tools to manage schedules, documents, and workflows
  • Ensure timely responses and task follow-ups in a hybrid environment

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education & Experience:

  • HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field with 2–3 years’ experiencein an administrative or office support role
  • Experience in consulting, finance, or professional services is an advantage

Core Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professionalism and discretion

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable with email, document management, and virtual meeting tools
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
