Job Title: Kitchen Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and food production
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow during service hours
• Plan menus in collaboration with management and chefs
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and consistency at all times
• Manage kitchen inventory, stock levels, and food costing
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in line with regulations
• Minimize waste and control kitchen expenses
• Train, schedule, and discipline kitchen staff where necessary

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills,

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
