Job Title: School Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily activities, facilities, grounds, and support staff, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial reporting, revenue collection, procurement, and asset management.
• Human Resources: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate teachers and support staff; manage HR functions like benefits and resourcing.
• Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce school policies, ensuring adherence to state, federal, and institutional regulations.
• Student & Staff Support: Manage student records, admissions, progression, and attendance; provide guidance and support to teachers.
• Communication & Liaison: Act as a link between staff, students, parents, governing bodies, and the community.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the school's vision, develop educational programs, and lead improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-15 years experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with administrative software and data management.
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
